Phase I of this project includes the following Work:

Phase I – Well No. 4 Rehabilitation, including but not limited to:

• Complete Replacement of Well No. 4 well casing and Screens with new 304 ss casing and screens to include Acid Clean and Air Burst Technology Already Completed
• Installation of 375 GPM Submersible Turbine Test Well Pump and performance of 24-hour Drawdown Test of rehabilitated well to determine ultimate Well Yield
• Performance of full Bacteriological Analysis, Inorganic Chemical Analysis, Radiological Analysis, Volatile Organic Compound Analysis, Synthetic Organic Compound Analysis

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Town of Snow Hill Town Hall located at 908 S.E. Second Street, Snow Hill, North Carolina.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bids for the construction of Phase I of this Project will be received by the Town of Snow Hill at the Town of Snow Hill Town Hall located at 908 S.E. Second Street, Snow Hill, North Carolina, until Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM local time.  At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $150.00 for each set.  Make checks for Bidding Documents payable to Green Engineering, P.L.L.C.
