We use a state of the art Trimble GPS instrument to collect accurate spatial location data, ESRI’s ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 software suite to organize and manipulate that data and ESRI’s ArcServer 9.2 package to produce and serve out an accurate comprehensive GIS web mapping application. Our services satisfy the State of North Carolina permit program and record keeping specifications of the Clean Water Act of 1999.
