General Notice
Pasquotank County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Foreman Bundy Reverse Osmosis WTP Upgrade to 3.0 MGD
Project Number: 21-083
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Pasquotank County Courthouse, Hugh Cale Board Room, located at 206 East Main Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 until Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes but not limited to the following Work:
- Chemical Feed Building
- Chemical Feed Equipment
- Grinder Pump Station
- Vertical Turbine Pumps
- Aerator (Degasifier)
- Site Piping and Improvements
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- WTP Analyzer
- SCADA
The Project has an expected duration of 360 days.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Foreman Bundy Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant located at 581 Foreman Bundy Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Pasquotank County Courthouse, Hugh Cale Board Room, located at 206 East Main Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 until Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
