Procurement Contract to be Assigned
Owner as “Buyer” has executed a procurement contract with Carolina Pumpworks, LLC as “Seller” for the procurement of goods and special services for Fish Pond Road Booster Pump Station. The materials and equipment to be provided through the procurement contract are to be furnished and delivered to the Site for installation by Contractor. Owner will assign said procurement contract to Contractor as set forth in the Agreement. Contractor will accept the assignment, as Buyer (Contractor/Assignee), and will be responsible to Owner for the performance of obligations by Seller, which will become a Subcontractor or Supplier to Contractor.
Bidders may examine the contract documents for the procurement of goods and special services for Fish Pond Road Booster Pump Station at Green Engineering, P.L.L.C., 303 Goldsboro Street East, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wilson County Government Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room located at 2201 Miller Road South, Wilson, North Carolina 27893. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the County of Wilson at the Wilson County Government Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room located at 2201 Miller Road South, Wilson, North Carolina 27893, until Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project has an expected duration of 150 days.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $150.00 for each set. Make checks for Bidding Documents payable to Green Engineering, P.L.L.C.
