Pasquotank County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Foreman Bundy Reverse Osmosis WTP

Wesley 2R Well Rehabilitation & Cherry Glade Well Rehabilitation

DWI Project Number: SRP-D-134-0115

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Pasquotank County Courthouse, Hugh Cale Board Room, located at 206 East Main Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 until Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

• Wesley 2R Well Rehabilitation including but not limited to:
  • Well Clearing and Video Inspections
  • Physical Cleaning
  • Chemical Cleaning
  • Aquifer Testing
  • Water Quality Testing
  • Well Disinfection
• Cherry Glade Well Construction including but not limited to:
  • Well Drilling
  • Gravel Pack
  • Grouting
  • Casing
  • Screen
  • Well Development
  • Aquifer Testing
  • Water Quality Testing
  • Well Disinfection

The Project has an expected duration of        300         days.

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the Foreman Bundy Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant located at 581 Foreman Bundy Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Pasquotank County Courthouse, Hugh Cale Board Room, located at 206 East Main Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 until Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $100.00 for each set.  Make checks for Bidding Documents payable to Green Engineering, P.L.L.C.
