SCM #3 – Fire Station 1
Provide and install ±1 million gallon underground stormwater detention. This installation will require demolition, removal, replacement, and/or relocation of the following (but not limited to):
Asphalt, Stone Base, Curb & Gutter, Sidewalk, Trees and Landscaping, Signs, Sanitary Sewer Main and Manholes, Storm Drain-Pipe and Structures, & Miscellaneous Utilities and Services.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be Tuesday 1. March 24 .. 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Cafeteria B Room located at 1800 Herring Avenue, Wilson, North Carolina. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Questions will be received until Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 2:00 P.M????

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City of Wilson at the Operations Center Conference Room located at 1800 Herring Avenue, Wilson, North Carolina, until Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
